Home Staging is all about viewing your home as a potential buyer or renter and offering advice on how to make it as appealing as possible.

Most viewers make up their mind about a property in the first 60 seconds of entering, but many find it hard to see past the current owner's posessions and style and visualise it as their own.

How does home staging work?

​

• Initial phone call to discuss your requirements

• Home visit to view the property as a potential buyer

• A full consultation, with written report, on what changes will affect the appeal of your home. This can include advice on decluttering, repairs, decoration, furniture, room usage and space planning

• Help can be given on implementing the changes as required (charged seperately)

How far you implement the changes is entirely up to you. The aim is not to completely redecorate your home or buy lots of new furniture, it's about making the minimum changes possible to maximise the appeal to others.

The initial home visit is free if you're located within a half hour drive of Wargrave. If you're further afield it's £35, but fully refundable if you book a full consultation - making it free! The full consultation and written report is charged at £150 and usually takes between 2-3 hours. Help with implementing any changes will be discussed and charged seperately.
